Join us for 5 days of Yoga, sound meditation and nature exploration in the Ecuadorian Amazon, the most complex ecosystem in the world. We will travel by boat, offered by local indigenous communities, to an eco-lodge in the Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve. The Cuyabeno is a complex of rivers, lagoons, and flooded forest. Our neighbors will be 10 monkey species, 4 caiman species, 590 bird species, 167 mammals, 90 amphibians, 90 reptiles and hundreds of insect and spider species, along with an incredible record of 307 tree species per hectare.

The lodge has a relaxing area, hammocks and an amazing tower with a great view from the 7th floor over the lagoon and the jungle. Each guest room has its own bathroom and shower. We will have night hikes, canoe trips, chances to swim and explore the primary forest, as well as meet local Indigenous people and shaman.

Hatha and Restorative Yoga will be instructed by Erin Moon and Lisa Benner, with music and sound meditations from David Ellenbogen. This will be a chance to rejuvenate, relax and feel the spirit of adventure in the lungs of the world.
